Annual General Meeting
The
above will be held in the Club House on Monday 13th February 2012
at 8pm.
The Club’s
Office Bearers – Captain, Vice-Captain, Secretary, Treasurer, Gents Match
Secretary, Membership Secretary, Ladies Match Secretary and Junior Convener
- must be elected annually. Nominations for these positions are required.
This year
there are also vacancies for four Council Members. It is vitally important
that we have a full committee of members to share the many tasks associated
with the day to day running of the club and its future development. Please
ask yourself whether you could usefully offer your services or whether you
know of a member who would be suitable.
Should you
wish to propose a member for any of the above positions – only full members
are eligible – you must notify me in writing by Mon 6th February 2012.
Permission must be obtained from the Nominee and the letter must be signed
by the Proposer and a Seconder.
It is hoped that as many members as possible will attend.
