	Erected both ends & sides of the club room and moved several roof joists. Allan, David T, David, Neil, Bob, Kenny, John, Alan W, Hugh, Andrew D, Jim & Mike working together
	Marion and Monty arrived with cooked sausages and we were re-energised with filled rolls and coffee.

	Progress has been very good and there have been regular working groups on Wednesdays starting at 10am and Saturdays at 9am. 60% of the partitioning has now been done and some of this has already been sheeted both sides. Plumbing is about 60% complete first fix and rather more has been done in the electrics. The two changing room have been plastered and the club room is ready for plastering but is still being used for storage. We are not ready for the painters! yet but should be for some rooms by the end of Feb 3.2.11

	Paul Walton has been working hard at installing the kitchen and making good progress with the floor units and the hob in place- Right - The final coat of paint on the clubhouse makes it look as good as new!
